Terry Brooks

Terence Dean Brooks is an American author born in 1944 who specializes in epic fantasy fiction. Throughout his career, he has authored 23 New York Times bestsellers and produced two film novelizations, with over 21 million copies of his works in print. Recognized as one of the most successful living fantasy writers, Brooks announced his semi-retirement from writing in March 2025.
