Ram Dass

Ram Dass was an American spiritual teacher, psychologist, and writer who played a significant role in popularizing Eastern spirituality and yoga in the West. His 1971 work, Be Here Now, is considered a seminal text in the field. Over the course of four decades, he authored or co-authored twelve additional books on spirituality, including Grist for the Mill, How Can I Help?, and Polishing the Mirror.
