Phil Plait

Philip Cary Plait is an American astronomer, skeptic, and science communicator known for his work with the Hubble Space Telescope team and his public outreach advocacy for NASA. He has authored three books, including Bad Astronomy and Under Alien Skies, and served as president of the James Randi Educational Foundation. Additionally, Plait has appeared in numerous science documentaries and hosted the educational series Crash Course Astronomy.
