Percy Dearmer

Percival Dearmer was an English Anglican priest, liturgist, and advocate for social justice. He is best known for authoring The Parson's Handbook and editing The English Hymnal, a project that integrated folkloric scholarship with Christian Socialism. His liturgical work and musical collaborations were closely linked to the Arts and Crafts Movement, and he served as a canon of Westminster Abbey until his death.
