Maria Callas
Maria Callas was an American and Greek soprano and one of the most influential opera singers of the 20th century. Known as La Divina, she was recognized for her bel canto technique, wide-ranging voice, and dramatic interpretations. Her extensive repertoire spanned works from classical opera seria to the music dramas of Wagner, as well as compositions by Donizetti, Bellini, Rossini, Verdi, and Puccini.
