Edward S. Reed

Edward Steven Reed (1954–1997) was an American philosopher of science and an ecological psychologist. His academic work was deeply influenced by the theories of James J. Gibson. A dedicated university teacher, Reed contributed significantly to the fields of psychology and the philosophy of science throughout his career.
