E.E. Cummings
Edward Estlin Cummings was an American poet, painter, essayist, and playwright known for his experimental use of grammar and typography. His diverse body of work includes the novel The Enormous Room, the travelog EIMI, and several plays such as HIM and Santa Claus: A Morality. Following his service as an ambulance driver during World War I, he established a career that spanned poetry collections, lectures, and posthumously published short stories.
