David Stubbs

David Stubbs is a British music journalist born in 1962. After attending the University of Oxford in the early 1980s, he co-founded the pop journal Monitor in 1984. He later joined Melody Maker as a staff writer in 1986 alongside Simon Reynolds. His career has focused on music journalism and biography.
